The Cap Randall Memorial trophy is in honor of Cap Randall for his dedication to the ideals and objectives of the association.

Eligibility
Members of CA4WDC must submit the names of their candidates no later than December 31 of each year. The Sacramento office will make copies and send them to the three district vice presidents. Each name submitted must be accompanied by a complete resume of the candidate’s four-wheeling involvement for the past calendar year. The three district vice presidents and their committee (if appointed) shall determine the winner by using the point system below. In the case of a tie, all other information included with the resume will be considered.
