Oceano fight continues
OHV Commission meeting August 6 via Zoom
Your next chance to help Oceano Dunes is this week.
The OHV Commission will be holding their next meeting via Zoom on August 6, 2020 beginning at 8:30 am. Meeting details, agenda, and how to sign up to speak can be found in the link below.
The sign up and speaking process is very similar to the way you signed up for the California Coastal Commission meeting.
Please take the time to sign up and speak up about the Oceano Dunes agenda items.
- Please tell them why you recreate at the Oceano Dunes SVRA,
- Remind them that the SVRA was bought and paid for with OHV Trust Fund money, money that was supposed to protect and preserve OHV recreation for future generations.
- Remind them that if Oceano Dunes SVRA is closed to OHV, we will be demanding the end of OHV funds being used to support the dust mitigation efforts and the species management programs at the dunes.
- NO OHV= NO OHV DOLLARS
Please make some time this week to make a few calls, send some emails and attend the OHMVR meeting to voice your concerns on the continued closure of Oceano Dunes SVRA
