Our 60th annual Convention!

Cal4’s Annual Conventions are a time of not only the annual meeting but also of fun, food, and friends. The 2019 Convention will be held February 15-17, 2019 at the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova. This will be the 60th Anniversary of our Association. WOW!! Our theme is:

What does that mean?? It means we will be highlighting the 6 “T”s of our Association:
  • Trails

  • Together

    Camping and camaraderie
  • Tradition

    Our history
  • Treasure

    Our events
  • Trustworthy

    Land use and legal actions
  • Teach

    Training and educational programs
  • Clubs are encouraged to make up a display of their history and accomplishments or bring their club photo album to share in the Club History room.
  • Clubs are encouraged to bring their table-top standards to General Assembly.
  • Clubs are encouraged to wear their colors at the Saturday night banquet.
  • Everyone is encouraged to participate in the seminars.
  • Everyone is encouraged to participate in the raffle.
  • Everyone is encouraged to participate/enjoy the vehicle show.
  • Everyone is encouraged to enjoy the trade show.
  • Everyone is encouraged to enjoy the Saturday night DJ and dancing.

The 2019 Convention Committee is working on a few other specialty features. Watch for updates as the date gets closer. Will the wood 4x4 return??

Everyone is encouraged to attend this celebratory event. Learn the history of the association you have joined and join with making association history to come.

Dirt reminder... collect 1 cup of dirt in a baggie (plastic water bottles work just as well) from each Cal4 event, label, and bring to Cal4 office by January 15, 2019. You will need permission from the Forest Service or BLM if your event trail is in their jurisdiction. Shake out your floor mats and scrape off your fenders.
