Isham Canyon at Panamint Valley Days 2021
I planned to run Isham Canyon with my buddy John (LJ) during this year’s Panamint Valley Days, but it came to my attention that the run was cancelled due to the fact that nobody was willing to lead. So, even though I've never finished the trail, I decided to step up and lead the run; I have the tracks downloaded on my iPhone, so why not.
An issue came up with my rig and I was unable to drive it but decided to ride along with my friend Travis (TJ) and lead the run anyways. This trail is awesome! Rocks, dry waterfalls/ledges, body damage, parts carnage, winching... everything I love about wheelin’ in SoCal. We had a couple major failures, but everyone came together, got the situations handled, and we all made it back to camp together. Another great weekend of off-roading at Panamint Valley Days in the books.
