Meal, Raffle & Event Participation Disclaimer
All meal and raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Participants are responsible for picking up their meals during the designated serving timeframe listed on the event schedule. Meals must be picked up during that timeframe and cannot be guaranteed or held once meal service has ended.
You must be present to win all raffle drawings. Participants are responsible for being present for raffle drawings during the timeframe listed on the event schedule. If a winning ticket is drawn and the ticket holder is not present, another ticket may be drawn.
Raffle prizes are awarded as-is. Many raffle prizes are generously donated by sponsors, vendors, clubs, and individuals. Event organizers make no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, quality, functionality, completeness, suitability, or availability of any raffle prize. Any manufacturer warranty, if applicable, is solely between the winner and the manufacturer. Raffle prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash through the event organizers.
Participants are also responsible for being present and ready for scheduled event activities during the timeframes listed on the event schedule.
Please understand that off-road events are unpredictable. Vehicle breakdowns, trail conditions, recovery operations, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may delay a group or individual participant and prevent them from returning to base camp as scheduled. Event organizers cannot guarantee that participants will return to base camp in time for meals, raffle drawings, or other scheduled activities.
Always come prepared and carry plenty of food and water for yourself and your passengers in case you are on the trail longer than anticipated.
Event organizers are not responsible for missed meals, raffle drawings, or event activities resulting from trail delays, breakdowns, late arrivals, weather, mechanical issues, recovery operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds, credits, replacements, or other compensation will be issued for meals, raffle tickets, or event activities missed due to these circumstances.
